My name is O’Neil and I have had my furniture in storage with King’s Transfer Storage since 2007.  I am writing to say Thank You to all the members of your team who have helped me over these two years, and those who helped to make the move a success.  The movers that arrived in Vancouver were especially helpful and, although I cannot remember their names, I would like you to tell them “thank you”.  Special Thanks to Loreen Mellof who helped in answering my billing questions and for making them a priority.  Also to Humphrey who made the move a success.  I am very impressed with service that I received and would highly recommend your company to others who are in need of storage in your area.  To show my appreciation I would like to offer the invitation for two members of your staff to be my guests at the October 18^th game when my team the BC Lions, plays Winnipeg at their home stadium.  I will leave the decision up to you as to who should get the tickets.  I will contact you as the date gets closer.  Thanks again for all the help!!

This is a long overdue e-mail, but just wanted to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the excellent  service provided to my Mom & Dad on their moving day.

They were extremely impressed with the guys who moved them and they were very professional and patient. My Mom & Dad are now all settled into their apartment and they are going to be very happy there.

Thank you for the move you did for me just before Christmas, moving partial contents of my mother’s apartment from Winnipeg to Calgary.  As moves go it was a tiny move and yet it was taken seriously and given full attention.  You and everyone I encountered at King’s Transfer made the move a very pleasant experience.  This was heightened because my previous two experiences with movers were both worst-case scenario horror shows.

I had a good feeling about King’s Transfer from the first contact, from the tone of the response to my first inquiry.  And it just got better from there – a friendly approachable attitude, overall professionalism, even assistance with packing supplies.  The scheduling went smoothly and the movers who arrived to start the move were friendly and professional.  At the other end in Calgary, where my sister was managing that part of the move, the guys there were also friendly and professional, even helping with complications above and beyond the scope of the move from Winnipeg. On top of all that your assistance in moving a large stained glass window for me from Winnipeg to Toronto was over-the-top brilliant customer service.

I will not hesitate to recommend King’s Transfer to anyone I know who is moving.  In fact I have already done so, and will continue to do so.  Again, Thanks so much.  Your help in the move is really appreciated.

Just wanted to let you know that everything went incredibly well with all aspects of the move. From the packing and crating in Winnipeg, to the delivery and uncrating services in San Diego, everything went very smoothly and was handled so professionally.

All the different crews involved were fabulous-I really can’t say enough good things about the service, starting of course with you coordinating it all. Not only will we be using your company again many times in the near future (we still have more moves down to San Diego as you saw!), but we will be recommending you to everyone we know….and we know a lot of people! :)

Again-our heartfelt thanks for taking what could have been a very stressful move, and making it actually enjoyable. We have never had an experience as wonderful as this with any moving company in the past, and we have worked with quite a few.
